Beck's Introduces SeedIQ™, Industry’s First Product Management Platform
Atlanta, Ind. — Beck’s, the largest family-owned seed company and third largest seed brand, today announced the launch of SeedIQ™, the industry’s first product management platform designed to help farmers unlock the full potential of every hybrid and variety through data-driven, practical management recommendations.
Powered by artificial intelligence, SeedIQ goes beyond traditional field management tools by integrating Beck’s proprietary data and insights from Root Reveal™, Silk Reveal™, Kernel Reveal™, Product Characterization Research (PCR), Local Evaluation and Agronomic Research Network(LEARN) plots, performance data, Practical Farm Research (PFR)®, and knowledge from Beck’s agronomy and product teams. The platform delivers clear, actionable product recommendations tailored to each farmer’s unique fields and management style.
What Our Dealers Have To Say...
"SeedIQ helps us show growers that we know more about our products than others in the industry. We are putting forth our knowledge of different practices (fertility timing and placement, tillage, above and belowground diseases, fungicide applications, harvest timing) and helping implement a more precise product placement catered to the needs of each individual grower; instead of a cookie cutter approach."
“As a dealer for 23 years, SeedIQ is an asset unlike anything I’ve had before. It puts the full depth of knowledge behind every hybrid and variety at my fingertips in seconds—delivering in-depth data that once took hours to compile and now can be used right on the farm to better understand hybrids inside and out, make confident placement decisions, and build action plans that maximize yields and ROI in today’s tight margins.”
“SeedIQ gives farmers more than product recommendations. The insight sheets help turn those recommendations into a real plan, with management considerations and key watchouts they can actually use in the field.”
“SeedIQ integrates real data with field characteristics, management styles and allowing us to fine-tune products and builds trust at the field level.”
Does SeedIQ™ replace the dealer or seed advisor?
Absolutely not. SeedIQ is a decision-support tool, not a replacement for relationships or expertise. Dealers and seed advisors bring critical knowledge, such as customer preferences, operational history, and risk tolerance, that the tool cannot replicate.
Does SeedIQ account for what products are commonly used in an area?
Yes. SeedIQ includes insight into the top products typically sold in a given geography, helping reflect regional experience.
How does SeedIQ relate to FARMserver®?
SeedIQ provides higher-level insights at the farm or operation level, while FARMserver will enable field-by-field recommendations using deeper historical data. Future integrations in the summer of 2026 will allow SeedIQ to power more precise recommendations within FARMserver.
What if SeedIQ recommends a product that wouldn’t normally be recommended?
That situation can create a valuable conversation. SeedIQ may highlight products that perform well based on data, even if local risk factors or customer preferences make them less suitable. Dealers and Seed Advisors should use their firsthand knowledge to explain why a product may or may not be a good fit and reinforce the value of trusted guidance.
